Firewood, charcoal, pellets of different grades (classes).
Wood is historically the first and still indispensable material for creating warmth and comfort. In addition to firewood, charcoal, pellets and briquettes have become increasingly popular in recent decades. Each of these fuels has certain advantages and are used depending on the purpose.
Firewood is the simplest and most common type of wood fuel. It is often used for heating private homes, industrial premises, baths and saunas. The main advantages of chipped logs:
Long burning period.
High degree of heat generation (the best indicator among different species is oak firewood from middle-aged trees).
Low price – usually firewood is made from wood residues, because the selected raw materials are used for lumber.
Pleasant atmosphere – you can enjoy the flames and the heat of the wood for a long time.
Thus, firewood is best suited for indoor boilers or fireplaces, because they give a long strong heat, emit a lot of heat (specific calorific value up to 3000 kcal/kg).
Our company offers firewood from hardwoods: oak, hornbeam, alder, ash, birch.
Charcoal is a heat-treated, carbon-rich wood with a low content of water and volatile substances. It is becoming more widely used because it has a number of advantages over traditional coal, namely:
Environmental friendliness – charcoal has a low ash content (2-4%), low concentration of volatile substances (up to 20%), a meager (less than 1%) share of sulfur and phosphorus, as they evaporate during production.
Safety – charcoal does not smoke, fire or create a large flame – it is safe to use for an open fire in a fireplace or barbecue.
Calorific value – charcoal can have a calorific value of up to 8000 kcal/kg, which is comparable to the most valuable fossil coal – anthracite. However, such values are possible at low (2-4%) moisture content, which is observed only immediately after calcination. With proper storage, charcoal gains up to 7-10% moisture, and calorific value reduces to 6000-6500 kcal/kg.
Reproducibility – unlike coal, which forms millions of years in the earth’s interior, charcoal is made in a few hours from wood that is reproduced in a few decades.
Ease of use – charcoal is much easier to ignite than coal; it gives off heat quickly because charcoal does not need to be burned.
Thus, charcoal is best suited for barbecues and fireplaces, because it gives a long strong heat, almost no smoke, does not give unpleasant flavors for dishes.
Our company offers selected charcoal of different fraction from hardwoods: oak, hornbeam, birch. We pack products in paper bags of 2.5, 5 and 10 kg (possible packaging with your label “Private lable”), as well as polypropylene bags of 30 kg.
Pellets are pressed granulated wood sawdust. This is a convenient fuel for use in closed boilers of various capacities. The main advantages compared to other fuels:
High calorific value (about 4500 kcal/kg).
Ease of use (pellets in big bags take up little space due to high bulk density). It is especially convenient to use pellets in automated boilers.
Economy – 1 ton of pellets generates heat energy, which is equal to the use of about 1.5 tons of firewood.
Environmental friendliness – pellets usually have low ash content, which depends on the type of wood and raw materials.
We offer pellets of different varieties (classes) in big bags, which will save on heating with minimal negative impact on the environment.
We offer cooperation to catering establishments, enterprises in the field of heat supply and trade companies. To realize your plans and not make a mistake in your choice, contact our experts. We will select fuels of the required quality and size for any needs.
